Post-Wax Aftercare
Avoid the sun and tanning beds for 24-48 hours.
Skip saunas, swimming, and sweating at the gym for the next 24 hours.
Wait 24-48 hours before engaging in any sexual activity.
Wait 24-48 hours before engaging in any activity that would cause friction. (I.E. exercising, running, biking, etc.)
Keep your clothing loose. Avoid wearing anything tight or constricting for the next few days. Cotton panties are a must!
Wait 48-72 hours before exfoliating. Gently exfoliate 3 -4 times a week, in the shower using an exfoliating glove or a sugar scrub.
Your waxer will recommend home-care products that best suit your skins needs.
First time waxing?
If this is your first Brazilian wax, you may notice a few stray hairs or very short hairs at the surface of the skin afterwards. This occurs because your hair grows at uneven lengths and follicles are on different growth cycles.
Waxing regularly will over-time will reduce this and cause your hair to grow back thinner, weaker, and more sparse.
